Bowling for Breast Cancer

Join in on the fun, Bowling for Breast Cancer to support Circle of Hope’s Douglas County Breast Cancer Treatment Financial Program. The event is Saturday, May 12th, at Landmark Lanes, 1914 Broadway, Superior. This is a Karen Geegan sponsored event for Circle of Hope.

—-Large Silent Auction and Much More. We are still taking items. 

Pre-register. It costs $15.00 a person. Form your own team of 4-5 people. It can be in memory of someone, a family team, a business team, and just about anything.  No experience necessary, it is for fun. Have some great indoor fun this Saturday in Superior.

Stop by Jack’s Place at 1923 Tower Avenue, Superior to sign up and pay. You can also call Karen at 1.715.817.1000. There are three times to sign up for, unless filled. They are 10:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m. The event runs from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Circle of Hope providers financial help for breast cancer treatment services based on financial need.  They have clients of all ages. An application form can be sent in the mail. (More are in the hopper in Superior as well as MN.) All our services are free of charge. They do not raise money for salaries nor do their supporters. They get referrals from hospitals, agencies, and so many places, you would not believe what agencies are being helpful.

Circle of Hope serves northern MN and northern Wisconsin.

Naming accounts are available, in memory of accounts, donor designation accounts as well.

Businesses that donate can be on the website forever with their business link for donating.  They have many pages of links Under Our Caring Donors pages.

The Circle of Hope website has 10 pages of resources with links on them, music, video, breast cancer stories and breast cancer education as well. More rescoures will be added this summer.

Circle of Hope’s main mission is breast cancer treatment bills but they have many ther missions. Theyhave a breast cancer support group called Circle of Support, dragon boat teams called The Many Faces of Breast Cancer, bowling, golf teams, etc. Check out the website: www.circleofhopeduluth.org/
